“You have abandoned the human race, knowing full well the Elders’ plans to make them the slaves of elves. So, I will make certain that if they become slaves one day, you will join them.”

“Well it’s right under us. And I don’t want to do anything that will make the cave collapse. I think I’ll try something though.” He muttered some words and then knelt down. He took hold of it and pulled it out. The Tet’long’fal looked more like a large dirty dinner plate rather than an ancient artifact.

“Is that it? Doesn’t look special.”

The two began walking back towards the entrance. “So what now? Could we do this ritual right now, or do we need something else?” Kelly asked.
