The script was less than 1500 words so here is one story of success for the script that follows.

Time For You To Sleep
First we will test your responsiveness to suggestion. The less responsive the more you need to focus on my words and follow my instructions. Responsive people will go under very quickly.
First, just relax be comfortable let yourself go
Place your left hand flat on the on the table and press down
Feel the surface of the table reduce the pressure of your hand on the table
After a few seconds you will find you do not feel the table as much
Relax your hand and you will feel the table even less
See how difficult it is becoming to feel the table
As you feel the table less and less your hand will begin to rise slowly
Lifting up from the table being pulled up and up
your hand are pulled upwards away from the table
your hand are not touching the table
Your hand can not touch the table, your hand can not go down yet
You might try to push your hand down but your hand can not reach the surface
Stop now relax and let your hand float above the surface of the table
Let your mind focus on your hand while your eyes are focused on my words
My words bring your hand down to the surface of the table
Now you can feel the table underneath your hand
Your hand can relax, your body relaxes, your mind relaxes, relaxed and completely at rest and open to my words
My words will relax you
My words are so relaxing, it feels so good to read my words and relax
You feel safe and completely at ease. You will relax.
Let your mind and body relax and read my words. Read my words and feel them.
First focus on your body let your hands rest on the key board and the mouse. Just relax, feel all of the stresses and tensions of the day leave your body. Begin by focusing on your feet, let the tension leave, feel your feet relax. Your legs are next you feel the pleasure of relaxation flowing up from your feet into your legs. As your legs relax, you will feel almost numbness. That feeling of numbness will spread through your body. It will move up your thighs, through your chest to your shoulders and down your arms to your hands. As the numbness spreads throughout your body you will relax and find you are unable to move. Only your fingers and your eyes can move now as you focus on my words. Your neck and face will relax next, then finally your mind. Your mind will feel numb and relaxed like the rest of your body. You are unable to move now. Only your eyes and your fingers can move. Your body and mind is numb now as you slip into a light trance and then go deeper and deeper.
Now that you are in a trance you can move your body but it will only be to adjust yourself to a better position a position to relax in, a position of pleasure. In your head I want you to start counting with me as I count down. As we count together you will go deeper and deeper. You will focus on my words; you will focus on your body’s reaction to my words. Lets count soon and as I count you will relax and let go as you let go you will find yourself free of concerns. As I count you will become more and more relaxed as you go deeper and deeper. Now let’s count and take you into a deep trance.

By now you are in a deep trance and you are eager and ready to go to the next step. Your body is relaxed and will remain relaxed. Now you are very relaxed and your mind is open to suggestion. You want to be able to sleep when you go to bed.
I will give you a phrase to think of when you want to go to sleep or fall back asleep.
When you are ready to fall asleep or back asleep close your eyes and breathe as instructed.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth and as you breathe out feel the tension slip away.
When you are breathing you will think of a simple rhyme that will allow you to sleep:
Relax, Obey, Sleep
Relax, Obey, Sleep
Just three words, that is all you will need.
As you repeat those words you will find yourself falling into a relaxing restful sleep.
No discomfort, no concerns, just a peaceful restful sleep.
You will not respond to anyone else using that phrase, only to yourself and me and only if you want to.
If you do this while not prepared to sleep, it will relax you, but not put you to sleep.
Remember those three words: Relax, Obey, Sleep
Now it is time to wake up so I will count to 3 and you will wake
